Totally understand and agree. And while I don’t condone violence either other insurance companies are rethinking and changing their practices.

I hope not. But in a country where people (young and old) are frequently gunned down in their schools, churches, concerts, grocery stores with little emotional consequence it should be of no surprise that Americans lack empathy for a health insurance CEO. Habituation makes people apathetic.
