Had some extra time in my schedule during errands so I decided to stop for brunch. Shrimp & Grits with margaritas did not disappoint. #yayweekend

Y'all, I did so many of The Things today, including attending a fancy schmancy shindig. Yes, in addition to running a thousand errands, I found time to custom decorate a hat to match my outfit, get gussied up AND line dance.

I just may, in fact, be Superwoman.

I occasionally find funny things on Instacart. Today's chuckle occurred when I saw this "corn corn," which I imagine is different from non-corn. This product apparently out-corns its competitors.

Looking forward to having my "corn corn" for dinner sometime this week.

I think I've seen that at the grocery store! I'll keep it in mind. Funny-- I could've used it when I recently made the attached nearly sugar free cinnamon rolls, which are fantastic. I use monk fruit/allulose which subs perfectly. Have you tried country crock's non-dairy heavy cream? It's delicious.

Took my dog to the park on my lunch break today. There, he found three very important things:

1. Snow
2. Mud
3. Lots of other dogs

A good time was had by all.

My dog's level of exhaustion CLEARLY tells me that I must stop forcing him to perform hard labor (chewing stuffed animals, snuggling and eating treats) all day long. Shame on me.
