Right? Unfortunately the one officially through the IRS got killed earlier this year (if I remember correctly), but there are other free non-AI options out there, just need to mail in the form instead of e-submitting

Also, there are very vocal people out there who will say there is a right way & a wrong way to do things, & if you don't do it right you might as well not do it

Usually they have just forgotten what it was like to be new to Linux, & that meeting people where they are usually helps them stick w/ it

No distro is perfect, but if you are willing to learn & have a bit of patience, you'll get quite far!

Have fun, & don't be afraid to ask questions :)

If you have a secondary drive for Steam, it is likely an NTFS formatted drive

While it is suggested to wipe & format the drive with exFAT instead, I have been running w/ the following setup for a couple months & have run into no issues so far:

Think about what software is critical to your day to day. Is there a Linux version? A good enough alternative program? A project for helping to run the Windows program on Linux?

Right???

Like the post below was probably why I got added to the list, & it's just literally "hey, please add alt text, don't leave others behind"
I am once again begging:

Please use alt text

& Refuse to repost something if it doesn't have alt text (unless you are adding alt text to the image as well)

Let's not leave anybody behind. Show that you care about accessibility, PLEASE
