IMO the so called "soul" of art is human intent, which is derived from human life experience.
One of my favorite fun facts is that dark souls lore is vague and told through item descriptions because Miyazaki grew up reading stories in english, a language he didn't understood very well as a child

I think I finally landed in a good design for him
I'm happy with the uniform too, a lot of characters will be using it (with some variation ofc)

been tinkering with Mina's design
- made the hair shorter for more defined silhouette
- made her a bit shorter (175cm > 169) to make her contrast a bit more with the other characters
- expression is little sharper now
like it a lot more now
