I am so so proud of this one. I created it while reading Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. The chapter about salmon made me cry like a baby.

Our Princess. We lost her in May and I drew this piece as a memorial gift to my sister-in-law (Princess’s mom). Taking care of her for the past 5 years has been so special to me and worth every bit of struggle.
