Like California a blue state for decades has supposedly spent millions on public restrooms, when in reality they embezzled the majority of the money and kept it when instead they could have built spaces for those in need of either private or better spaces for their needs such as trans specific rooms

The problem is, is that many places people fake being trans to enter opposite gender spaces for whatever illegal activity they want to commit arent willing to make trans specific spaces because it means theyd have to spend money they'd rather keep.

I firmly believe there should be trans specific spaces so people who are actually trans can be comfortable while those pretending to be trans can more easily be called out for what theyre doing.

They cant, hence why i support the laws without fully agreeing with them. Because you cant take people at their word and those who would use "being trans" as a way to avoid being arrested for entering opposite gender spaces to be pervs and possibly commit SA.

A fake trans person is a person that claims they're trans and wears makeup and womens clothes, or in most cases just claims to be trans and does none of the steps necessary to begin the transitioning process such as anything listed above.

So a trans person is a person that has started the process of transitioning such as taking the necessary medication and speaking with doctors to begin the process of running tests to ensure its medically safe for them to transition and meeting a voice coach to begin changing their voice
