This administration has gone to show how easily the least qualifying people can just take up jobs that require quite a bit of knowledge and responsibility.

Everyone looks at guns as the problem, but when someone is mentally ill, they will just resort to the next most lethal thing they can access.

I suspect some kind of legal loophole being used here. Because they can't do this to any US citizen without some form of legal backlash.
If the person in question carries no citizenship, they likely have VERY minimal protection, if any. A loophole to say it's ok to treat people like trash.
