I went to the ER in 2010 and was charged an additional $7000 because they prioritized my treatment ahead of others due to symptoms. Baffling. I thought that was the whole point of the ER. Treat the sickest/worst cases first.

Middle school was Anne of Green Gable series. More recent would be The Passage by Justin Cronin. I read all 700+ pages in 48 hours. Literally nursed a baby and read, that was it for 48 hours.

My daughter is in an NIH funded study for dystroglycanopathy (a form of muscular dystrophy). They did a study on mice ton ook at the effect of dystroglycanopathy on the heart.

Mu daughter is part of a study that was applying for a renewal. The doctor in charge is to be given an award from the MDA soon. Without this study we wouldn't have received a diagnosis.
