It's a bit tedious, but github.com/elchininet/c... might solve this for you (when combined with conditional visibility per user on views/cards).

Same. Briefly considered it because it's one of the few places in the valley that's actually building, but then decided against it because we didn't want to live in a food desert filled with Vivint bros.
