This thread is great and reminding me of the poor physio who tried to teach me how to do post surgery pelvic floor exercises. Problem being that I'm paralysed from the waist down and can't do them 😂 should have read my notes that nurse. She couldn't look me in the eye when she saw me after that!

I had a go. Took me a while to figure out how it worked. Really need to know many players from any country.
