Every year (if my health is good enough) I make Dandelion Syrup. Its a phenomenal substitute for honey (which I shouldn't eat).

I really hope I can make two batches. One with green apple and rhubarb [traditional] and a new suggestion to use orange and lemon peel.

I need more jars tho @.@
