While Congress can't directly make the Supreme Court's shadow docket illegal, they can significantly impact it through legislation and oversight. Congress can define the types of cases the Supreme Court can hear on appeal, and by requiring greater transparency and justification for emergency orders.

I’m not a big fan of the Supreme Court’s use of the shadow docket. Seems to be a chickenshit way to rule of controversial subjects without giving a legal reason for their decision. So I was curious if Congress can limit its use. This is what I found out.

Now that Canada and Mexico have retaliated against Trump’s Tariffs with a ban of products from red states, as Friends of Canada and Mexico, let’s join them by boycotting products from red states. Is preserving our Republic worth some inconvenience on your part? Only you can anwer that question.
