Aged 18 years and 176 days, Myles Lewis-Skelly is the youngest player in history to score on his senior England debut, surpassing Marcus Rashford's record of 18 years and 209 days vs. Australia in May 2016.

18F was doing exactly the type of work that DOGE claims to want – yet we were eliminated shortly after midnight. Read our letter to the American people:

We've launched our intermediate accessibility training module in the DfE Accessibility and inclusive design manual this morning.

Working in the open means anyone can complete it regardless of who you are or where you work or what you do.

As European Accessibility Act & ADA Title II deadlines near, orgs will suddenly panic about #accessibility, leading to crunch time. Devs'll be frustrated; op-eds'll be penned.

Remember, these laws have been on the books for a while. #a11y isn't the villain; your org let you down by failing to plan.

I'm part of a group of content designers across DfE services and GOV.UK content that are drafting a plain language standard. We've based this on need and xgov conversations. Today we shared with our community. Feeling invigorated for the next stage #standards #servicestandards

At the Department for Education we have been busy updating our accessibility content.

We have created a standalone accessibility and inclusive design manual.

We'd love some feedback on the new content!

While on the topic of WCAG 2.2, just tried signing up for an account at TrainPal but it’s impossible without completing a dragging movement!

Amongst many other accessibility failures, this is a complete blocker. Many users would not be able to progress and create an account.

WCAG 2.2 monitoring is almost here! I’ve been advocating for people to include 2.2 criteria in their audits since the draft was released, and this is why. The monitoring date was bound to sneak up on teams.
