@schumer.senate.gov You pitched a helluva game (maybe in the 80s, I assume?), but it’s time to head for the dugout. Unless clinging to power is the only thing that still arouses you, then by all means, keep being otherwise politically impotent.

World War I was the defining catastrophe of the first part of the 20th century. musk/trump’s self-righteous, catastrophic bumbling with be that same thing for the 1st half of the 21st century. How deep are its roots already?

I know trump has absolute control of a very hateful and violent base, but why are republicans such cowards about it? Can’t they just live in abject fucking fear like the rest of us?

I’m so much more interested in hearing the real, data-driven results of trump’s policies than I am in bashing his dumb hypocrisy, or his cabinet’s unfitness. I know the latter is important, but I want to know specifically what led to what.
