Peerless is great stuff. Pepper is a distillery in Lexington. I snagged some at a Kroger in Kentucky this summer, but it is making its way further out now - my total wine here in Michigan has it. It’s a fancy bottle, but not a super fancy price.

For findable stuff right now: Peerless Double Oaked Bourbon, Remus Repeal 8, and maybe the James Pepper Decanter.
An old forester product wouldn't be a bad fit either - 1897/1910/1920 depending on your proof preference - I think all of those are solid.
