Being under suspicion or custody of ICE should be made a California state crime. State and local police should take all ICE suspects into custody, for protective & comfortable state remand until the courts resolve federal immigration issues.

Being under suspicion or custody of ICE should be made a California state crime. State and local police should take all ICE suspects into custody, for protective & comfortable state remand until the courts resolve federal immigration issues.
