I am all about allowing the benefit of the doubt when it comes to someone we trust making a mistake. There is a point, however, where repeated offenses are no longer mistakes but reflective of character. Oh, that our nation will fully see what many refuse to acknowledge at this time.....

Did your laptop just have an update? Mine has and it included voice recognition (that frankly I don't need or use). Make sure you power it off before closing. This may have been the issue.
