After the #TurkeyTrot 5K, we had Thanksgiving Day turkey & dressing with our family, including my wife's sister, Sandy, and her daughter, Cari, and husband Angel, along with my partner Lisa and our sons Madison & John.

Today was a nice, sunny, cool Miami day filled with family, fun & gratitude.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Day here in Miami. Started with a 5:00 am wake up to drive to the #TurkeyTrot 5/10k where I met my running partner, Victor Martinez. My sons, Madison & John, ran blistering 7:11 & 8:51 paces respectively.

Madison officially runs twice as fast (literally) as his old man now.
