Three weeks since back surgery.
No pain. Healing well and feeling stronger.
Today I walked more than any day since June.
May not be much for some, but huge for me.

The longest I’ve walked since June due to the sciatica.
Two weeks after surgery, I have the green light to walk ‘as tolerated’.
Still no bending/lifting/twisting, but it feels good to get out.
