Sadly as a scrounging freebie subscriber, I didn't get to see most of this article. But I did see a video a while back where Betrand Russell (admittedly recorded in the 50s) talked about his grandad knowing Napoleon. Which I found amazing and maybe the sort of thing the article covers...
