Guess the call to write was always there! Wonder what 12 Year Old would have thought about publishing a story?

What's an episode of a show that checks all your boxes?
For me it's E6 of Haunting of Hillhouse.
There are only a handful of cuts in the whole episode. The cinematography with the long takes is the best I've seen, and the actors give great performances!

I've been listening to Even in Arcadia on repeat since the album dropped. Sleep Token blends a plethora of genres & the lyrics tell such a deep story; the lore and mythology just adds to it.

+ Tension felt real & everything felt dire
- Extended "terror" shots felt cheesy and way too long
- Lily-Rose Depp's acting didn't hit with me; felt like over the top overacting

+ Expertly builds tension
+ Small cast of incredible actors
+ Hugh Grant perfectly channels a twisted villain
+ Plot twists that are genuinely surprising
- Could see it being a little too slow burn for people

Dexter: Original Sin - 7/10
+ New cast look & feel like younger versions of the characters
+ Dexter's evolution of his kills is super compelling
+ Great to be back at Miami Metro
- Important characters are missing
- Harry's flashbacks and B-Plot try to rewrite established canon

Been trying to find the words to express my thoughts on I Saw the TV Glow, and I keep coming back to haunting. This movie stuck with me in ways I wasn't prepared for. The imagery is unlike any other movie I've seen. 9/10
