His facial expression implies that he has never encountered the single orange brain cell. Science requires further validation.

Has this tiny gentleman ever encountered the brain cell, had a thought, or attempted cleverness?

Please note, the quality of the thought is note a discriminating factor.

For a brief moment in time, we had access to most of the knowledge of the world at our fingertips. Now we have a guy in a lab coat holding up a rabbit and calling it a rock.

@chuckschumer.com and don’t pretend you give a shit about the working class when you ramble on about how great the economy is when none of that is reaching working families. The current democratic leadership is all talk and no action. You had no stomach for this fight. So don’t talk.

You have so thoroughly failed us that it is nothing short of a dereliction of duty.

And still you refuse to see the reality. You refuse to face it. And that can only be because you don’t care, and it doesn’t affect you.

You, and the rest of the Democratic Party, failed America. You have failed to grow the bench of new talent. You have failed to protect us from the Trump administration. You have refused to accept reality or responsibility, and have pretended that things are normal.

The standing up scene just hits me right in the feels. Nearly cried in the theater.

The movie itself isn’t anything amazing, but it is good and fun. It definitely didn’t deserve the hate it got.

Of course, it is worth noting that Pratchett had a few noticeable jumps in quality over his career, so some of the initial books can be a little rough. But the series most impacted by that is the Rincewind series.

Mort was the first notable jump, and Small Gods was another.

It really depends. The Discworld books are a collection of series that are in the same world. So, knowing what your into will help you choose.

If you enjoy mysteries and police procedurals, the Watch series is what you want. If you want folklore/myths/stories, the Witches are great.
