Punk AF! There’s a restaurant in Greensboro- Freeman’s- & they featured a margarita “Fuck Ice”. Now they are raising funds to support Backpack Beginnings. These acts of resistance & solidarity are meaningful.

My 12 year old son loves Starbucks. So on the drive to school yesterday we had a talk about the importance of unions and what strikes mean. We live in NC- a right to work state- so a conversation around fair wages & decent work conditions is critical.

Several large Catholic Churches in Greensboro- the one on my block has a Spanish language mass on Sunday afternoon. I hope my neighbors will show out if these assholes show up.
