The purpose of the video review was to make sure they got the kneeing major right. How can they come up with a completely different penalty? And if they're going to do that, I'm sure they could have picked out some more from that scrum.

It’s a very difficult thing to go through. I also feel guilty for not seeing signs of my mum’s dementia earlier, but the changes are gradual until something so far from normal happens that makes you take notice, then a lot of past behaviours suddenly make sense (in a nonsensical kind of way).

Exactly. I don't believe for a second that Putin wasn't involved (directly or indirectly) in crafting this "deal".
This is a "deal" created by two parties who are notorious for breaching agreements, and who left the key stakeholder out of the negotiations.
Ukraine would be foolish to accept this.
