A very curious mushroom....

Their yellow brownish foot bears a face with bushy, gray eyebrows, a round nose and a long gray beard. Under the eyebrows. There are round, big brown eyes looking straight at the viewer. The beard falls down to the green grass the mushroom stands on and curls upward a bit on the right side. The mushroom is surrounded by blue color as a hint of a sky.

Fox in a festive mood

A gingerbread man too cute to eat..or not?

On the writing challenge goes, last it was only three days time to reach the needed points. For bonus points, the task was to write a Haiku, so here is the one I wrote:

Silver moon shines bright
Breaking through the night’s darkness
An owl looks for prey

A cake-pop in Halloween style

Comic style, colored ink drawing of a cake-pop, as it could be baked for a Halloween party. The round do is dark violet, but most of it is covered by a sugar coating that looks a bit like green slime, that was spilled over it. The coating and the dough part both, are decorated with large, shiny sugar pearls in the colors black, red and orange. The stick the dough ball sits on is of dark brown color and the image background has been left blank, so you can see just the gray of the paper.

Halloween is just around the corner, here's something for the mood

Their face is having a kind of evil grinning expression, their eyes have a slightly triangular shape, rounded at the bottom line, looking to the left. If you can't or don't wish to spend lots of money on high quality colored pencil sets, try to get some decent drawing paper & a blender pencil along with the cheaper colors. This would cost less than those artist sets though give you some, at least decent, results still. #art #traditionala[...]

It's OK to draw the same things over & over again. You don't need to stop doing that. If you've found your comfort zone, it's fine to not leave it, as long as you're happy there. Many artists are well known for having done that, painting only portraits or landscapes. #art #arttip #beginnerarttip

In 8 or even 9 out of 10 cases, your finished artwork will look at least acceptable, despite your raw line art/sketch hasn't been "love at first sight". Don't throw that thing away, just give it a chance & see what becomes of it. You might be in for a pleasant surprise. #art #arttip #beginnerarttip

Art isn't about being perfect, it's about expressing yourself. You aren't a robot or a camera, so don't be afraid of "messing up". You will make mistakes & get frustrated, but that's normal - even for professionals. As long as you're enjoying to create art, just do it. #art #arttip #beginnerarttip

Art tip:
The quality of your art supplies is not as important as your drawing skill. An artist who knows what they are doing would be able to create a stunning artwork even with a ballpoint pen drawing on paper towel. Improve your skills first, then get better supplies. #art #arttip #beginnerarttip

Traditional art tip:
Paper matters even more than expensive colors. If you choose the paper appropriate for the medium you want to use on it, the results you'll get are likely nicer than on printer paper, even, if you do not have the money to spend on expensive colors. #art #beginnerarttip #arttip
