I agree but given the means of delivering a bomb that Iran is seeking, (a missile warhead) wouldn’t perusing a plutonium bomb still make more sense due to the smaller size and higher neutron cross section?

Would you agree that unless Iran was PUREXing out Plutonium from a prematurely removed fuel rod somewhere underground with pile or small MAGNOX rip off (like North Korea), then the likelihood that they were making a bomb is low?

if Iran wanted nuclear weapons it would’ve gotten them the same way as North Korea using a low burnup militaty reactor and PUREX.
