Basically water towers are why you have running water in your house. Water gets pumped up really high and then when you turn on the tap gravity forces it from the tower to your tap since the tap is lower than the water fountain. What if the building is taller than the water tower? This is the fix.

They are but extremely hard to monetize it compared to TV. The money just is not there to sustain a local news outlet.

I worked in broadcasting for 8 years before going backs to school for Finance. Here is the truth… “shows” are tanking in ratings while local news programs are still going strong. The demo is shifting older each year with the “average” viewer being a 45 Y/O white suburban mom. Streaming killed tv.

AV driving is something I can see being big in about 10 years. Just for highway driving through. In to - off ramp. When the truck gets off the highway an actual driver would get the trailer and for final mile delivery. Let’s be honest though self driving trains will probably be the best big thing.
