The only genuine use of genAI here would be as opsec technique, passing your comment through local model to change the wording so it's impossible to prove that you wrote it by style. Like when your threat model is state actors or something.

If you're on Android then Firefox supports extensions, including uBlock. I haven't seen a single ad in years (not counting billboards that you can't avoid outside), and it even works for youtube.

I had a similar problem at work recently (although not with deleting accounts) and couldn't find a solution that would work.
There's this algorithm that Shinigami Eyes extension uses but it gives false positives, so can't be used either.

in programming nonce means a huge number that is randomly picked, not predictable, used only once, but also not necessarily secret. these properties make it useful in specific circumstances.

Hashing is not enough for passwords because rainbow tables and GPUs exist. You should always use an expensive key derivation function like pbkdf2, bcrypt, scrypt or preferably argon2. Sure, people call output of those functions a "hash", but it's not the same as just using SHA.

Once you add a nonce you cannot query your db with hashed email, because you don't know the nonce up front. So to check "is this email in the db" you'd have to hash it with every nonce in db and look for a match. So it's 100% not a solution they went for. I guess they just store emails as plaintext.

I have the same problem with my friend group, like I don't want to go out with you if you invited That Guy, without even asking me what I think, but suddenly it's me who is breaking the whole group apart.
