The explosion that rocks the Grandcypher, centered on a certain alchemist's laboratory, is something quite unusual.
Oh, the explosion itself isn't anything out of the ordinary - while not a daily matter, some delicate apparatus or the other will violently reconnect with the sky often enough.

Come on, come on! While compound interest is a good way to leaven up even the coldest growth drive, I'll admit the response to this has felt quite muted. Big fops? No big fops? No horrendously large fops flattening humanity and beyond?

For some reason she had assumed they would grow with her - they were not ripping out of their clothes, were they? But that property had evidently been tied to objects in their current possession, not kicked-off footwear.

The only thing containing the chaos radiating from Dotonbori is the meager reality of line-of-sight.
