My therapist is about to have a blast for my next session, I made sure to write down my thoughts when I wake up each morning and they have progressively been getting more and more negative with each day. The worst part is that I understand the psychological behind this shit but I yield no solution.

My motivation has been gutted recently, I’ll try and work on music and have about 10 minutes where I can and then every idea I have wanders away, games haven’t felt that fun, and I haven’t felt the slightest reason to really get up in the morning. I just lazily grab books from my shelf and read.

I don’t like thinking about things going on in the world right now, I am really starting to just think people as a whole are the problem with the world, not just select groups. Who knows maybe I just have some super villain mindset or some shit like that but a world without us could look beautiful.
