So overall I’m done. I’m exhausted. I’m unsupported. My mental health desperately needs addressing. One day I hope to return to volunteering & community projects/work. But I am no longer doing free work for the queer community again (not including furries). If they want me, they can hire me.

I have been constantly leaned on & pushed to do more for free. Meanwhile they hire & fire random people who are incompetent, often whom I have to help out & heavily inform or train. I only matter or have value when I’m free labor, then I’m precious & irreplaceable, frequently called “a blessing”.
