I think I did get more comms before I switched to Google Forms though, but like people in the thread have said, it's much easier to avoid annoying clients when you can take a cursory glance on what they want before contacting them

Used Google Forms for a while, but switched back to a simple commission sheet, mostly because Google slashed a bunch of customization features a while back. Take my opinion with a grain of salt though, I haven't taken many clients in a while.
