Spent birthday week off from work to relax. Besides trip to the zoo, visited one of my favorite spots — Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge. While it was too early for the migratory birds, captured this sunset on a Fujifilm X-T3 and Timelapse on new DJI Osmo Pocket 3. I still have a lot to learn.

Off this week and wanted to try cooking airliner chicken breasts. So bought 4 chickens, one to roast and the others to break down. Got 4 airliner breasts, 4 drumsticks, 4 thighs, 2 split breasts and 2 leg quarters. And bones for soup. Today is soup.
