Is anyone planning on going to the march tomorrow in Chicago at Millennium Park? I really want to go, but the temperature will be in the single digits. I’m wondering if it will be too dangerous to be in that cold for an extended period of time. Thoughts?

Got my copy of The Laws of Spirit for my spiritual book club organized by the yoga studio I attend, North Loft Yoga. Looking forward to reading it! Also a good place to find cheap used books is Biblio.com. Way better than shopping at Bezos Mart!

Monday was Bourdain and Irby’s first birthday! I adopted them 6 months ago. They were like wild animals when I first adopted them lol. But they have calmed down a lot. Happy birthday to my rambunctious boys!
