The stable wouldn't have been empty in late December. Even in Bethlehem it would have been too cold to leave the animals out -- and the shepherds wouldn't have been out all night in the cold for the angels to find. But, it's the spirit.

But ultimately, those underpaid workers are the consumers you rely on to buy your goods. If those consumers can't afford to buy your product how will your company survive? Good luck trying to make a living by marketing to billionaires. (But I'm not an economist -- what do I know.)

I'm sorry, but you're mistaken. In Trump's 1st term his buddy Putin, at a Russian gov't meeting, showed a graphic of Russian hypersonic warheads descending on Florida and Trump said nothing. (But no real American would tolerate it.)

Thanks for asking. Doing okay so far, all things considered, but I'd like to be more optimistic about the midterms next year. I'm sure it won't be a "red wave" but I'd like to see more enthusiasm for Democrats rather than just no enthusiasm for MAGA. I really want to see a massive victory.

I can't provide numbers, but IIRC flag burnings went way down after the Supreme Court made that ruling. But Trump is that rare combination of ignorance, incompetence, and control freak. Well, okay -- maybe not that rare.
