RESTAURANT REVIEW: Rodney Scott’s in Birmingham, AL.
Had ribs, pork (whole hog), pork shoulder , fries, baked beans.
This was a spiritual experience. Solid 9/10. Rodney Scott does ribs right. Sauce is good, meat had a perfect smoke ring, baked beans were outstanding.

RESTAURANT REVIEW: Dreamland in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Ribs were awesome. Pork sandwich was out of this world. Best I’ve ever had, pickles were excellent. Vibes and atmosphere were *perfect*. Price was reasonable. They heat their bbq sauce
This is the real deal.

This was surprisingly OK, but again, tiny portion for the cost.
Oh you thought things were looking up? Well another person at our table found a fly in their meal. Reyes offered to remake it but took 20+ minutes, and did not comp or reduce his bill at all💀
Verdict: Dead to me.
