Tariffs could be great for Facebook Marketplace and resale in general. I don’t think slapping huge tariffs on imports is good policy, but I also think consumption/waste of cheap goods is out of hand and could use a reset

Blue states need to greenlight housing deals now if they want more residents for the next census.

It’s hard to feel a good economy if housing is not secure, and it’s hard to keep electoral college votes unless you have an active pipeline of projects.
