Country roads, early harvests, and weird drinks from the mercado. Life isn’t perfect, but I’m doing alright.
The LR3 has been a combo of headache and absolute joy. We’ve done a ton of work to it but it hasn’t skipped a beat when we needed it most.

Land Rover LR3 and LR4 are driveway pals now. The 3 makes the 4 look cute, with its lift, bigger tires, and other additions. I got used to how refined the interior of the 4 is.

These tires tho 🤤 Land Rover wheels too. Dang thing is a bit lifted for me, but it was def a utility vehicle in the Utah mountains before it found its way to the Midwest, so I don’t blame it, and won’t change it. Rock sliders!!!! It’ll be in my driveway this time next week I’m SO EXCITED 😆

Love my gravel roads. So grateful to live where I live. Granted, I picked up about 30 (YEAH 30) empty beer cans Saturday from drunk drivers throwing em out the window. Car stunk. I won’t live here forever, so I am taking every free moment I have to spend time on the lonely roads I do very much love.

Love my gravel roads. So grateful to live where I live. Granted, I picked up about 30 (YEAH 30) empty beer cans Saturday from drunk drivers throwing em out the window. Car stunk. I won’t live here forever, so I am taking every free moment I have to spend time on the lonely roads I do very much love.
new dog came into the shelter I volunteer at 😅 poor thing. I wonder how it’ll affect his adaptability. 😢

My oldie but goodie 2013 LR4 out on gravel roads Saturday afternoon. Before it got crazy cold.. not that that ever stops me from burning gas for pleasure lol

Got an oil change and an inspection at JLR today to celebrate 120k miles. Defenders for miles! Fun. I like my oldie but goodie tho.

We did it 💪 met my guy halfway in Missouri over the weekend. What’s better than a V8 Land Rover? Two V8 Land Rovers! 1200 miles round trip and the check engine light waited until mile 1185 to pop on how kind! 🤣 O2 sensor which is an easy fix thank God. And thank God for my man and his GAP tool jeez!

Ahato had a real affinity for guitars. A couple times he broke a string messing with it. Often times he’d just sit and listen to my guy play, then sit in front of the guitar like he was contemplating it. That was a once in a lifetime cat. Poor thing passed from liver failure at age 9.

Because cat pics. George aka Evil. He is very much an orange cat. Way spicier than my OG but he is loved regardless. Last pic is my first ginger kitty, Ahato. I miss that one terribly. George is great but he’s not Ahato.

My American Trench and imogene + willie collab socks came today! Two of my favorite USA made brands coming together makes my heart sing. No they weren’t cheap but the fact that they are American made *with American cotton* is a major deal. Whatever the climate, I’m still proud as hell to be here. 🇺🇸
