The article is just a short come-on to pull you into some pseudoscience. The video looks to me like the gentleman has had DBS. That's why he has the unit hanging around his neck. That temporarily gives the clinician access to the controller to turn it on and off and adjust it.

Clean air is mandated under the EPA mission. They upheld that and cared about environmental justice. They allocated money to study long covid. Considering the forces against all this, I think they did fairly well.

When you think about it, it seems like all public memorials have been initiated by the people. This can still be done. The only memorial that Trump wants to deal with is to resurrect broken statues of disgraced Confederate generals.

To be fair, I think the ceremony at the reflecting pool was longer than 10 minutes.

Biden did have a ceremony along the reflecting pool on the eve of his inauguration, and he had two or three more when he was in the white house. I suppose you could argue that this weren't public and if course, they weren't Trump.
