I’m guess I should have marked this sarcasm because I think a lot of folks literally don’t notice themselves doing this. Glorifying any Republican who does one good thing over all the Democrats who consistently do good.

I’ll go a step further: Trump’s ascension was a blaring alarm that our information environment is broken. The internet and social media have detached people from reality. Basic facts are no longer accepted. Has anyone proposed anything like a solution? We barely talk about it: it’s the root cause.

Same as American domestic policy: it’s for rich white men. Nationality is secondary.

I’m sure Putin and Xi are happy to have US forces deployed away from where the US actually needs deterrence and rapid response.
