So it’s hard to categorize things other than the classic aggro control combo scale because decks take so many different routes to end at “My gameplan is extending/shortening the game” and combo

I’ve been doing some thinking on that lately, and I think a lot of it comes from most decks attempting to win the game in the same way. They might have different timelines they stick to, but every deck is fundamentally trying to kill you by attacking (other than niche fatigue and verd/kano combo)

Could you elaborate on this? As a newer player, I was happy with a lot of the thoughts they were sharing and want to understand what others are feeling

Anecdotally, this PQ season was our most attended, we were getting 30+ person PQs, and the new rule had 0 bearing on that, it was a rising tide of new people that made people excited to play the game. It feels frustrating seeing that and having it used as justification for a different thing.
