Some rando on Instagram told me in the same comment that I look white, that I look like I try to look white, and that I should “stick to my own kind.” Which I’m not sure as a white/Arab person, if that means I should only date white people or Arab people.

Someone called ICE on this sweet family who was running a Kebab restaurant. They have had a case open with with USCIS since 2016.
They would feed the homeless, people with disabilities, and people who just couldn’t afford to pay them.
There is a GFM to offer support for legal fees and lost income.

Had a guy trying to insult me yesterday by asking if the man in my picture with me is my brother, implying I married my brother. Yes, this 6'8" Irish dude is somehow brother to me, the 5'4" Lebanese lady. To be fair, he's from Tennessee so maybe he's projecting.

I just learned that my father was swept up in an Reagan era immigration raid when he worked at a Mexican restaurant. My mom had to bring his green card to get him released.
Came up because I was asking him to send me his proof of citizenship in case he gets detained since he’s out of state & alone.

I’ve been staying off social media & it’s been great but I hopped back on & immediately got into a fight with a man who shamed a woman for bench pressing 150 lbs saying that 2x bodyweight should be standard for women bench pressing.

Going to be hitting 40 years old this year and I finally nailed down that consistent gym routine. Next month will be a year of me weight training 3 times a week minus some times when we were traveling or sick. 💪🏼
