New elite controller 😅

A good #xbox handheld would be perfect. By "good" I mean with decent build quality, grip and with a good battery life (it shouldn't run all the top games at 60, it should run most of average games as 1080p )

And more to that - as long as there's no one to fill the position, the pay will rise, but so will the price for the service... It is how it is

I'm speaking about reality, not about how much everybody is worth/deserve. We may believe they deserve $1m yearly, ain't gonna happen. They (and me) are paid as much as there's someone able to fill the position and agrees to the pay

That's an assumption of yours. Like it or not - people work primarily for money, not for fun. Nobody (except of some rare exceptions) willingly takes more responsibility for free.
Speaking of board, why would small supermarket manager want to manage the whole retail network for the same pay?

My logic is different, but anyway. To your question - no, they shouldn't be paid as much as surgeon, because in such world you won't have enough skilled surgeons (because why would then people put efforts in learning stuff?) and you'd die searching for who would cut out your appendicitis

Those are decision makers. And company needs good ones to make right decisions for it to be profitable or even exist. Low paid board will not make right, but "random" ones, making reorgs leading to reorgs until the company dies. People who save lives (i.e. surgery) is usually well-paid no worries

If nurses will get a pay rise - you'll get a higher bill for your treatment. Then it'll come to a point when being a nurse makes no sense (as you can do other stuff for same pay), and you'll get no treatment at all. Guess who'll be whining then? 🙂

Please do smth with your marketing department. That's hilarious how bad marketing is for even the best games Xbox produced in years (even including CoD, which basically sold itself, marketing was minimal).
Gears 5, hell blade 2, HiFi rush, Indy, Halo infinite.
