Played Storm Lancers this weekend and… yikes. Like, there’s a lot of promise there, but it’s just so obviously unfinished. There must be an interesting dev story there.

Played Storm Lancers this weekend and… yikes. Like, there’s a lot of promise there, but it’s just so obviously unfinished. There must be an interesting dev story there.

Okay, the full bleed iconic art for each class in the Starfinder 2e Player Core did not need to be so fucking cool.
We played “Escape Game The Kitty: The Vacant Lot” on Switch a few days ago, and it was really quite cute. A very classic escape room style experience, reminiscent of flash escape games like The Red Room, The Green Room, etc.
It’s only $5 right now ($10 normally) and takes maybe an hour to finish.

This red-tailed hawk (I think) was just chilling outside and didn’t seem to mind the photo op.
People walking by barely noticed it and seemed indifferent. 😭 How can people be so ungrateful when a majestic creature graces us with its presence…
Eventually, some neighborhood crows chased it off. 😔

The problem is that fencing swashbuckler w/ gladiator archetype is the *obvious* class choice, but fighter works better for the pun. 🐂

Loving running the Starfinder 2e playtest so far (starting chapter 3 of Cosmic Birthday in 5 min!), but the logical errors and discrepancies between map and description are making prep way more stressful than it should be. 😭

Companions is a personal favorite. Hopeful, yet tense. Lots of call and response between the different instruments/sections creating that sense of building an army out of disparate and diverse voices.
