My grandfather survived the attack on Pearl Harbor aboard the USS West Virginia. He went on to serve as a diver for the remainder of the war. My father served in the 173rd Airborne Rangers in Vietnam. If they were alive today they would be destroyed. They didn't fight just to see America fall.

Thanks for this! I'm 37 and trying to get fit again after years of sedentary living. It's SO MUCH DIFFERENT now than it was when I was in my 20s.
