The woods were incredibly icy today. A jogger I met was doing as much skating as running.
I am once again happy about my ice cleats. No slipping at all.

Nonny got into and will be going to Hampshire College next year! Even got a good scholarship. I am super proud of them.

I love my full-spectrum light at work. However, it shows every speck of dust in my cube. Then I turn it off and the dust disappears.

It is still an icy wonderland out there, but at 30 degrees it doesn't seem too bad (compared with single digits last week)

Went out to see Wicked last night (it was great!) But I've also been catching up on the latest Doctor Who. So, of course, now I have "Defying Mavity" stuck in my head.

I went out for a short 1 mile hike during lunch in the Russell Mills Forest down the road. It gets icy, so I put a pair of ice cleats on my shoes. Such a big help. It is almost like a superpower - walks on ice! stomp stomp stomp

I got a new wireless headset for work and I am shocked at how much happier I am with them. I was tethered for five weeks and now I am free!

I have started doing short yoga routines in the morning. My lower back is much happier with this, so I hope I can continue with it more through 2025. Time will tell. Happy New Year?
