HuckleberryRoasters' Blue Orchid blend.It's my daily driver because it's super consistent and is good straight or in milk drinks.Brewing at 91C, but I chose that somewhat arbitrarily and haven't experimented with temperature at all since I was able to hit "pretty damn good" without further tweaking.
