However, in a follow-up today Mollick noted that Pangram is far from foolproof. As Simon Smith demonstrated, it can be defeated with a handful of simple AI-based re-generation steps:

Best part? It happened on my birthday.

I definitely got lucky along the way. Both the Sinnoh and Unova Tours kicked off in my hometown. And Worlds was in Anaheim this year, and I just happened to be across the street at Disneyland. So, yeah, I may have snuck over to the convention center. ... 2/4

So even when a company has no intention of doing monstrous things with your content, you tend to get licenses that let them do so if they want - not out of malice, but out of CYA and resource-management.
