I'll add, dont let go of your social life, but let yourself have moment with yourself. Like going to a coffee place just to enjoy the vibes, or a walk in the park. It can do wonders for your mental health

I would say so. The journey of finding a good therapist/psychologist for you can be really frustrating. I also had to change psychologist because i felt they werent what i needed then. Hang in there
