Long run today, 10 miles, prep for Cardiff Half. I always knew I run at pretty much one pace but this cadence chart shows how clear it is. In the past I did 2 Cardiff half’s in exactly the same time, 1:42, which did freak me out a little. 🤷

Start of my Euro adventure. Eurostar to Brussels then onto Köln, then 2 nights in München then Zurich. After that Rome, Florence and Milan before Paris and back in just under 2 weeks. Arrived in Brussels

Growing up in an English speaking family, was always pancakes. Girls family come from north Pembs but they always used Pancos so odd to see Pembs here using a different version but Carms/Ceredigion using Pancosen.

My lounge is dark, having a new floor in the spring and going to over paint the grey wall for a light book room green. Hopefully that will help (though getting rid of the 1990’s carpet will defn help - house came with it 🙈)

From the other site. These guys never been to Wales I bet. Rural graves have surname but usually farm the deceased lived at. Too many Davies/Harries/Evans etc so Dai hen iet etc became the norm. I wasn’t brought up in a farm but when I played rugby for Rhuthun was known as Cris Ponty, my hometown
